EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING
As a critical extension of the foundational workshops, leaders and teachers receive job embedded coaching. Each cycle of coaching or consultation focuses on collaboratively planning for, implementing, modeling, and providing feedback around a focus area. This gradual release model helps accelerate educator effectiveness and implementation impact on student success.
